Authentication (v1)

All v1 requests authenticate with a Bearer key:

Authorization: Bearer mrnd_4f8e2c1a9b7d3e5f6a0c

Key model

v1 keys are simpler than v2:

• Single mrnd_ prefix - no test/live split in the key itself.
• Environment is selected by a ?env=test|live query parameter (default live).
• No scopes - every key has full workspace access.

Errors

v1 returns errors as a plain string field:

In v2 these become structured authentication and permission error objects with stable code fields.
